Modern Barn in Fairford

In early 2015 the government changed the planning legislation relating to permitted development rights of agricultural buildings to residential use. Our client had a redundant agricultural building that was no longer suitable for keeping cattle in.

We therefore proposed to them to utilise this change of policy to gain approval for the conversion of this barn to residential use. We gained approval from Wiltshire council and are now preparing tender drawings to allow contractors to quote for the construction works.
