Jonathan Nettleton

Jonathan Nettleton studied architecture at the Mackintosh School of Architecture at the Glasgow School of Art. He then worked at Dannatt, Johnson Architects in London where he gained his professional qualifications from the University of Westminster.

Whilst at Dannatt, Johnson Architects he worked mainly on educational and conservation projects these included:-Kew Gardens- visitor entrance building, Northwood Girls School - Early Years Centre and New Entrance and Dining building, University of Greenwich- Royal Martime Greenwich refurbishments, Chatham building refurbisments and Avery Hill Campus. The final project Jonathan worked on was as project Architect for Trevor Dannatt http://trevordannatt.com/ on a new country house in the South Downs AONB which was widely published and exhibited in the summer show at the Royal Academy. 

Jonathan founded Blake Architects in 2011, initially managing a house conversion in Shepherds Bush in London and gaining at appeal approval for a barn conversion near Newent. Recent projects have included a new country house near Hungerford and he is currently working on a new community building in the environs of a Grade 1 listed buildiings.
